FEATURES

• The ductile iron body structure with flanged connection compliant with the EN 1092-2 standard provides high strength and long-lasting use.

• The ball, made of polyethylene material, has a structure that can be easily replaced when necessary.

• The Double Orifice Air Valve is mounted onto the pipe with a flange. Air drawn in through the flange connection is released through the vents located on the float components. Once air venting is complete, the floats move upward due to water pressure and close the orifice outlet, thereby preventing water leakage.

• When air venting is complete, the float rises with the buoyancy of the water and closes the outlet, preventing water leaks.

• It ensures that air accumulated within the system is safely vented during the commissioning of the pipeline.

• When the air inside the pipe is vented, the fluid flows freely and the float inside the body rises and settles into the seal seat; the orifice closes.

• When full pipelines need to be drained, it allows air to enter in a controlled manner instead of liquid.

• The body and cover are made of flexible ductile iron protected with a blue epoxy coating.
